Coretex Consulting can support organisations to deliver Leadership coaching programs to optimise Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) strategies. Our team, which consists of Human Performance specialists, Organisational Psychologists and Organisational Development specialists, is currently delivering projects with Rio Tinto, BHP and FMG which focus on field leadership coaching and improvements to organisational systems and processes which support succession planning and leadership development. The program has three phases:

1. Coaching front line leadership styles to focus on care and building relationships and trust through effective interactions and conversations, while confirming effectiveness of controls and that teams are set up for success (particularly with major partners and contractors).

2. Identifying and coaching internal leaders/coaches to develop this capability internally – middle and senior leaders play a key role here however coaching is beneficial within and between all teams and leaders. When a culture exists where a Team Member is confident to coach their Supervisors / Managers it suggests good progress towards developing a psychologically safe workplace.

3. Analysing learnings from the first two phases, combined with a broader assessment to optimise organisational systems and processes (performance shaping factors). This embeds sustainable internal leadership development through coaching and conversation to foster a caring and relational approach to improving human and organisational performance and management of critical risks.
